Fast won the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award

Recently, the "Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award" public list was released, and the two scientific research achievements declared by Fast were on the list. The project of "Research and Application of Key Technology of Data-driven Digital Intelligent Factory for Transmission" won the first prize of "Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award", and the project of "Key Technology and Application of High Strength and Long-Life Gear for Heavy Duty Truck Transmission" won the third prize of "Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award".

As the key assembly of the power transmission system of commercial vehicles, the key technologies of intelligent manufacturing such as the core process, advanced manufacturing equipment and intelligent control of the manufacturing process have been monopolized and blocked by foreign countries for a long time, which seriously restricts the high-precision, efficient and high-quality production of the high-performance transmission. After years of research and development investment, industry-university-research and use collaborative innovation, Fast has overcome the major technical problems of intelligent creation and optimization of knowledge-driven high-performance transmission process, advanced equipment system for intelligent manufacturing development and intelligent control of manufacturing process, and created a new model of data-driven high-performance transmission digital intelligent factory, leading the breakthrough and development of intelligent manufacturing technology for high-performance transmission, and realized large-scale industrial application of products and solutions in the industry. Project achievements support enterprises to be selected as digital pilot enterprises, intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories and a series of national intelligent manufacturing related pilot demonstration projects, promote the high-quality coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, drive the upgrading of industry technology, and improve the intelligent manufacturing level of China's discrete manufacturing industry.

Due to large transmission torque, wide speed ratio range and limited space, the gears of high-end heavy truck transmissions generally have low bearing capacity, high failure rate and short service life. Key technologies such as transmission load spectrum, high-strength gear design and high-performance gear manufacturing are monopolized by international giants, seriously restricting the progress of China's commercial vehicle industry. Based on the above background, focusing on the high-strength long-life gears of transmission, Fast has carried out R&D investment for more than 10 years, mastering key core technologies such as transmission load spectrum, high-performance gear manufacturing and S-N basic database. Relying on the "Key Technology and Application of High-strength Long-life Gears of Heavy Truck Transmission" project, the transmission developed by high-strength long-life gears has broken the foreign monopoly, occupied 70% of China's heavy truck market share, ranked first in China's gear industry, promoted the scientific and technological progress of China's gear industry, and helped Shaanxi Province's heavy truck industry chain to achieve high-quality development.

Shaanxi Science and Technology Award is the highest level of science and technology award in Shaanxi Province, representing the highest level of science and technology development in Shaanxi Province.
