On the morning of Jul.14^th, 2010, deputies to the 11^th National People’s Congress (NPC) paid a visit to our Baoji Plant for a special investigation themed as “Furthering the development of Guanzhong- Tianshui Economic Zone”. Together with the deputies were leaders Yang Ruiqian, director of Baoji Municipal NPC’s Standing Committee, Vice-Mayor Yuan Junxiao and so on. Board Chairman Li Dakai (also a deputy to the NPC) and Vice-President Liu Huanchen of Fast Group extended warm welcome to the visiting guests.

In the meeting room of Baoji Plant, Board Chairman Li Dakai introduced the accomplishments we’ve made in production & operation, technical modification, product innovation, management promotion, market exploitation and corporate cultural building as well as the Twelfth-Five-Year Planning of the company. “Relying on scientific and technological progress and independent innovation, Fast Group has developed into the largest HD transmission production base of China from an originally small and unknown company; our comprehensive strength has been improved significantly, each economic target has ranked 1^st in Chinese Gear Industry for eight consecutive years and the annual output and sales of HD transmission has leapt to the 1^st place in the world for four consecutive years. During the Twelfth-Five-Year Period, Fast Group will take the concept of scientific development as the guide, further liberate the thought, deepen the reform, adjust the product configuration in a scientific way, actively transfer the development pattern, continuously improve the management level, rapidly develop high-end products, and strive to make new and bigger contribution to creating an internationally competitive auto driveline group of Fast and to the development of Chinese automobile industry and the local economic society, ” Board Chairman Li said.

The visiting deputies to the 11^th NPC set high value on the brilliant accomplishments we’ve made in system reform, renovation and innovative development. They wished that we unceasingly build up our own brand name and realize new and better development.

During the visit, the corporate leaders accompanied the guests to the forging workshop and the casting steel workshop of Baoji Plant.
