On the morning of Jul.5^th, 2010, the Processing R&D Institute held a mobilization meeting aiming to strengthen the technical talent team building and to improve the processing research and development level. Vice-President Wang Fengbo presided over the meeting and made a mobilization speech. All the technicians of the Processing R&D Institute attended the meeting.

In the meeting Vice-President Wang Fengbo made a detailed introduction and scientific analysis on the current processing R&D level, targets, management requirements, technical talent team building and the long-term development goals of the national-level R&D center of the company. He urged all the technicians to actively respond to Board Chairman Li Dakai’ call of creating new thinking ways, adopting new methods, developing new products and launching new processing, to aim to build a processing technical talent team with the spirits of struggling and innovating, and with the emphasis of “KTJ” activity, to strive to learn new knowledge, adopt new methods, develop new processing, continuously improve and promote the processing level of transmissions and the design level of tooling, tools, fixtures and gauges, and to master the programming and operation of various advanced CNC equipment, know well the software systems of the lathes, continuously optimize the machining processing of the equipment and provide powerful support for the overall promotion of the processing technical level and equipment manufacturing level. Vice-President Wang demanded all the technicians to play a full role to their wisdom and talent, coordinate, keep innovating and make new and even bigger contribution to the innovative development of the company by their action.

Vice-President Wang urged all the technicians to further strengthen the force of processing technical confidentiality, unceasingly enhance the sense of precaution and responsibility of processing technology, and guarantee the smooth operation of the processing R&D systems of the company.
