On the morning of June 24, Board Chairman Tan Xuguang came to the Hi-Tech Plant for investigation and guidance. President Li Dakai extended warm welcome to Tan, and accompanied him to the test ground, the national-level R&D center and the new workshop with an area of 33,000 m². Together with Tan were leaders Li Zhi, Zhou Chongyi, Jiang Anning, Gong Jun and Wang Tao.

After the visit, Board Chairman Tan held a discussion with corporate leaders Li Dakai, Wang Fengbo, Wang Shunli and Ma Xuyao about the issues of technical innovation, information management and technical team construction. President Li Dakai gave an introduction on the overall plan and targets of product R&D, strategic planning adjustment, development mode change, resource integration, talent team construction and industrial chain extension. Vice-President Wang Shunli gave a report on the direction of product R&D, and the construction of laboratory facilities and R&D team, and made a detailed introduction on the accomplishments in the R&D of high-end products and the new products with low noise, low fuel consumption and environment-friendliness and in the development of a larger scope. Yang Hongwu, assistant of the president, made a report on the information management and construction of the company.

Tan spoke highly of and fully affirmed the new achievements and breakthroughs we have made in the scientific development. He requested the company further strengthen the process management of product R&D and the technical innovation of processing, promote the level of information management, continuously enhance the strength of talent introduction, optimize the talent cultivation in a scientific way, further increase the investment in laboratory facilities, promote the level of product test and the ability of scientific and technological R&D, further build up the brand name, and form a powerful support for the innovative, scientific and long-term development of the company.
