On the morning of Feb.26, 2009-Year Target Responsibility Assessment Conference of the company was held in Xi’an West-Suburb Plant. The Organization Department of the Party Committee of Shaanxi Province, the No.2 Assessment Team of the Provincial State-Owned Assets Supervision and Management Commission and the Assessment Team of Weichai Power conducted a joint assessment on the performance of the management team of the company. Deputy Minister Zhong Jianneng of Organization Department of the provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary Li Honggang of the Party Committee of the Provincial State-Owned Assets Supervision and Management Commission, Vice-President Li Zhi of Weichai Power, and the company leaders Li Dakai, Cui Weike, Li Changlu, Yan Jianbo, Wang Fengbo, Li Zhonglin, Liu Huanchen, Tu Haihong, Li Yan, Wang Shunli and Ma Xuyao attended the meeting, so did all the middle-class cadres, members of the Labor Union Committee and the employee representatives.
