On Feb.14, the lunar New Year’s Day, company leaders Li Dakai, Cui Weike, Li Changlu, Yan Jianbo, Wang Fengbo, Li Zhonglin, Liu Huanchen, Li Yan, Wang Shunli and Ma Xuyao went to the four plants of the two cities to send New Year’s wishes and festival greetings to the employees working on the production line.

With the crackling of the fireworks, the leaders visited No.1 Gear Combination Production Workshop, No.1 Housing and Case Production Shop, No.1 Transmission Assembly Shop, No.3 Transmission Assembly Shop, No.1 Heat Treatment Shop and the PTO workshop of Xi’an West-Suburb Plant as well as No.3 Gear Combination Production Workshop, No.3 Housing and Case Production Shop, No.3 Heat Treatment Shop and No.5 Transmission Assembly Shop of Hi-Tech Plant. They sent the best festival wishes to all the on-duty employees. On each spot, Chairman Li and the other leaders had a kindly conversation with the workers, making an understanding of their life and health conditions and thanking them for their proactive contribution to the development of the company. Chairman Li encouraged the young employees to inherit and carry forward the hard struggling spirits of the old employees, to keep on study and make more contribution to the development of the company. Chairman Li told the employees that today’s achievement of Fast was attributed to the collective efforts of all the employees, and no matter what positions you were taking, you all made contributions to the rapid development of the enterprise, and all the employees can enjoy a stable and happy life only when the enterprise grows bigger and stronger continuously.

In the new workshop with an area of 33,000 sqms, Chairman Li told the employees that we should unceasingly optimize the performance of the product by widely applying new equipment, new technology, new processing and new materials, promote the quality of the product, work and service in an all-round way through active and effective measures like processing improvements, technical modifications and efficiency improvement, continuously reduce the labor strength of the employees and create a safer and harmonious working and living environment for them.

At 4:00 pm, the leaders left Hi-Tech Plant for Baoji Plant. Together with leaders Li Zhonglin and Li Yan, they visited the casting company, the forging workshop, No.2 Gear Production Shop, spare parts company, No.2 Heat Treatment Shop and No.2 Housing and Case Shop.

Chairman Li inspected the production of each workshop of the plant and also gave guidance and arrangement for related work.

At 6:00 pm, the evening came. The Baoji Plant was dressed up by colorful lights. In the employees’ dining room, Chairman Li and Secretary Cui paid a New Year’s call to the employees who were not able to return home, expressed sincere thanks for their hard work. They all toasted to a better tomorrow of Fast.
