On Jan.1, the first day of 2010, the routine morning production meeting was held punctually. Mr. Li Dakai and the other company leaders listened to the work reports from different departments every day.  The meeting is used to understand the production and operation and make arrangements for the work of that day. Such meeting has been lasted for several years.

At 8:10 am, the meeting was ended. The leaders Li Dakai, Cui Weike, Li Changlu, Yan Jianbo, Wang Fengbo, Liu Huanchen, Tu Haihong, Wang Shunli, Ma Xuyao etc. paid a visit to Product Technical R&D Institute, Processing Technical R&D Institute, Manufacture Department, Marketing and Sales Department of west-suburb plant. They personally sent festival greetings to the on-duty technical and sales personnel, expressing sincere thanks for their great contribution to the innovative development of the company. Afterwards, the leaders came to the production lines to see the workers who were involving themselves to the busy production scene, such as Transmission Assembly No.3 Shop, Gear Combination Production No.1 Shop, PTO Production Shop, Heat Treatment No.1 Shop, Case & Housing Production No.1 Shop and Transmission Assembly No.1 Shop.

At 10:00 am, Mr. Li and the others went to Xi’an Hi-Tech Plant. They visited the Gear Combination Production No.3 Shop, Heat Treatment No.3 Shop, Case & Housing Production No.3 Shop and Transmission Assembly No.5 Shop. On each site, they firstly sent festival wishes to the workers, and then had friendly talked with them. The leaders made a detailed understanding of work and living conditions. They encouraged workers to bravely innovate, practice, make new efforts and good results and new and even bigger contribution to the reform & development and innovative development of the company in the new year.

After the Hi-Tech Plant visit, Board Chairman Li Dakai and Secretary Cui Weike drove to Baoji Plant. Accompanied by Li Zhonglin and Li Yan, they visited Casting Company, Forging Shop, Gear Combination Production No.2 Shop, Heat Treatment No.2 Shop, Case & Housing Production No.2 Shop, Transmission Assembly No.2 Shop, Equipment Repair and Maintenance Department and Tools & Cutters Department.

During the visits of the four plants, Chairman Li requested all the departments to further deepen the idea of “KTJ”, to launch lean production and management in an all-around way, and to do an excellent job at the beginning of the new year.
