On the morning of Dec.22, Board Chairman Li Dakai met with Wang Bingjian, president of China Merchants Bank, Xi’an Branch, and his party in our Hi-Tech Plant. The two parties held friendly talks and exchanged ideas on issues of common concerns.

During the discussion, Chairman Li gave an introduction on the production & operation and the innovative development of the company as well as on the achievements we had made in dealing with the global financial crisis. “In 2009, Fast Gear has successfully stood the severe test of the global financial tsunami and the market competition, realized steady and fast growth, and each economic target keeps the leading position of the industry. By the end of November, we have achieved the whole year target ahead of time for one month; the production and sales increase by 10% compared with those of the same period of last year. The whole year’s fulfillment is estimated to create a new history high. All the achievements benefit not only from the state stimulus policy but also from the scientific practice of scientific & technological innovation, product R&D, cost control, market exploration and management promotion of the company,” said Chairman Li.

“To realize corporate innovative, scientific and long-term development, we must further speed up the pace of product structure adjustment and scientific & technological innovation. At present, the technical R&D center that Fast Gear is building up has been issued the certificate of the State-Level Technical Center jointly by five departments, the National Development & Reform Commission, Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Finance, General Customs Administration and the National General Bureau of Taxation, which provides mighty support for the overall promotion of scientific & technological strength, innovating strength and for acceleration of product structure adjustment and product chain extension, ” he added.

President Wang set high value on the good brand image and the excellent achievements we had made in independent innovation, scientific & technological, production & operation, technical alterations and management enhancement.

Afterwards Chairman Li escorted President Wang to visit the production workshop and the under-construction technical R&D center of the company.
